A thorough recruitment process: every one of our promotional staff has
been personally interviewed to ensure they have the appropriate skills
and attitude (not to mention enthusiasm!) to become part of our team.
Not only do we run an ongoing recruitment drive to find ‘fresh new faces’,
but also we believe strongly in long term staff support. All personnel
are made to feel part of the team. As a result, we can boast loyal and
reliable staff, performing to the best of their abilities every time.

The right staff to fit the job brief: our staff database contains full
information on each member of the team and is available to clients upon
request. Photograph, History, Skills, Experience, Availability and References.

Central booking: all staff are booked from the Capital Event Marketing
office ensuring regular contact and clear brief communication.

24 hour Office Support: at least two members of Capital Event Marketing
are contactable on a 24 hour basis, to respond and resolve any issues
that may arise on the day/night of an event.
