THE PANCREAS – MIDDAY MEAL (LUNCH)
Soya mix rissoles, creamy cottage cheese or curds with horseradish and a seasonal vegetable, either steamed or au gratin.
In addition, a large plate of salad made up of various raw vegetables is most important. Make your choice according to what is seasonally available. White cabbage, raw sauerkraut with no additives, lettuce and, above all, plenty of cress, as well as nastur-
tiums are all excellent. Prepare the dressing from Molkosan and cream; whey is very good for activating the pancreas.
For this reason diluted Molkosan is also recommended as a drink. For a change, have a cup of Bambu Coffee Substitute with a little cream after your meal. What you should avoid, however, are beverages containing chemical additives.
If you like meat, another typical menu is as follows:
Grilled veal or beef; steamed vegetables; and a mixed salad, as explained in my first example. Choose either diluted Molkosan or sour buttermilk to drink.
