THE PANCREAS – MIDDAY MEAL (LUNCH)

Posted by admin

Soya mix rissoles, creamy cottage cheese or curds with horseradish and a seasonal vegetable, either steamed or au gratin.

In addition, a large plate of salad made up of various raw vegetables is most important. Make your choice according to what is seasonally available. White cabbage, raw sauerkraut with no additives, lettuce and, above all, plenty of cress, as well as nastur-

tiums are all excellent. Prepare the dressing from Molkosan and cream; whey is very good for activating the pancreas.

For this reason diluted Molkosan is also recommended as a drink. For a change, have a cup of Bambu Coffee Substitute with a little cream after your meal. What you should avoid, however, are beverages containing chemical additives.

If you like meat, another typical menu is as follows:

Grilled veal or beef; steamed vegetables; and a mixed salad, as explained in my first example. Choose either diluted Molkosan or sour buttermilk to drink.

TAPEWORMS – TEA TREATMENT

Posted by admin

Recipe for tapeworm tea: Take 5 g (1/6 oz) powdered aloes, 20 g (2/3 oz) alder buckthorn (bark), 20 g (2/3 oz) senna leaves, 25 g (1 oz) valerian root, 30 g (just over 1 oz) peppermint leaves. Mix them together and use to make an infusion, one tablespoon for every cup of boiling water. Leave to brew for ten minutes, but do not boil.

Another, more radical, remedy to get rid of a tapeworm that does not seem to yield to any treatment is a teaspoonful of Kamala powder, taken just once. This remedy is good for adults and pets alike. Less radical but equally effective is Papayasan if taken over a period of time.

It is very important to avoid becoming constipated. If you tend to do so, Rasayana No. 1 will solve the problem. And do not forget to help the body expel the tapeworm by drinking Biocarottin.

When examining the stools make sure that the head as well as the body of the worm has been expelled. If the head remains, the treatment will have to be repeated within two or three weeks. Should the first day of treatment produce no results, continue for another day. An enema with garlic milk given once a day can be very effective and is recommended too.

A TYPICAL DAILY PROGRAMME – STARVATION

Then there are those people who do not eat any food rich in vitamins because they are afraid they might overdose themselves. This fear is only justified where synthetic vitamins are concerned, for, indeed, they can produce an overdose. However, such a thing cannot happen with natural vitamins contained in biological remedies and organically grown food. Being an integral part of organic compounds they are never present in harmful concentrations. The body absorbs from the food only what it needs, while any surplus of certain natural vitamins is stored up or disposed of. For these reasons synthetic vitamins can never equal the natural ones. According to the Book of Books, human inability and lack of understanding bring the wisdom of the ‘wise’ to nothing. We may be able to analyse things, but when it comes to synthesising a biological equivalent we often fail. We simply do not know all the secrets hidden in these plants. How much more desirable it is, therefore, to turn to natural, biological sources, because the things the Creator has made for us can never be surpassed or equalled with synthetic products.

THE URINARY BLADDER – ADDITIONAL TREATMENT (PROSTATE TROUBLE 2)

Posted by admin

The trouble may be alleviated, but perhaps not completely cured. And do not forget, you do not get any younger either. If the enlarged prostate can be softened and brought back to its normal size, the passing of urine will once more be painless; however, it is quite likely that a degree of enlargement will remain. A slight cold, a cold beer, or anything in the nature of a temporary disturbance can cause the gland to swell somewhat, so that the trouble flares up again. Once more you may resort to steam baths and the remedies already mentioned. But to avoid disappointment you must be aware that although the treatment will probably bring you relief, it may not actually eliminate the possibility of relapses. As a matter of fact, you would fare better if you were to continue to take the remedies after the attack has subsided, reducing the quantity to half or a third of the usual dose. In this way the gland continues to be favourably influenced and the problem is kept in check, so to speak.

MODERN HEART POISONS – STRESS – PACE AND HASTE (SPORT)

Posted by admin

Even young people who participate in overstrenuous sporting activities can develop dilation of the heart or other heart trouble. Sadly, modern athletic competition no longer attaches importance to purity and style of performance but requires the athlete to give his all, and it is exactly this excessive speed measured in split seconds that is dangerous. The excesses will act like poison to the heart, particularly for those athletes who are not in constant training. More often than not the damage is permanent.

The shorter working week mentioned earlier is also detrimental to the heart, since the work must be done faster if the number of working days is reduced without a proportionate reduction in the workload. The heart would only benefit from such an arrangement if the former, more sensible pace of work could be maintained. If a shorter working week depends on increased speed to produce the same results, the health of employee and employer alike will suffer.
